After installing new OS  and incorrectly installing GRUB or simply installing them in wrong order (first Linux then Windows) you might lose access to previous OS, if you want to get back GRUB there is an easy way to do it, if you previously had one working and did not overwritten partition in which it was.
First go to SuperGrub2Disk  and download .iso image (1.92 MB), HERE is direct link, do not know how long it will work.

Bodhi Linux: sound fix (if messed it up)

It is not the first time when I install something new, and that messes up whole system. For example I have installed desktop gadgets, which required some gnome dependences, which installed pulseaudio, which resulted with problem, having sound only in one application at a time. I had whole main menu trashed with gnome software, which I did not need. But main problem was sound, fixed it with this command:
sudo su
apt-get remove --purge pulseaudio*

Okey let’s continue, let’s say you have already installed it from synaptic or .deb files, program it self runs, but when you start your virtual OS, you get an error.

You open a program, for example leafpad, copy text and then close leafpad, then you want to paste that text, but because you turned off leafpad clipboard is empty. This happens to all applications, it quite annoying when you forget that this bug exists, then you need to reopen document and do not close before you pasted text.
